AustraliaI was sent the wrong model as this remote was not compatible with my garage door. I had to call back and was directed to call B&D themselves who provided the corrected model number and then I called back AGG Doors to get a replacement. The replacement remote cost less than the TB7 TriTran Black Remote Control, and AGG said they will refund me the difference, but have not heard back since getting the replacement remote from them.
