AustraliaIt is what it is. These light covers don't come in white, it's always yellow which is a normal color. It came slightly dirty, but for a used condition it is a minor deal. Just clean it with some cleaning wipes, and it looks good as new. Came with the locking pin which is good if it's been lost. If you ever are in a pinch and need a replacement, this is a good place to buy it from.
