I received, after a long wait (granted that COVID-19 effected postage), a used damaged part. I had to chase to get a return call, and then was told to return the package with a note requesting express post and i also included my phone number. I sent the package on the 22nd of the 5th. I rang last week and was told that they had no idea what I was taking about and then the part turns up yesterday (9th of the 6th), not expressed. Not really stoked to be honest.
Identified right part easily via the website and was shipped promptly.
The site was very easy use when ordering the drive gear for my garage door motor. Shipping was free, thou would had liked the choice to select and pay express freight instead of waiting 9 days for the part to arrive.
